Orange, Apple, Tomato or grapefruit juice.
Grapefruit segments, Cereals: -Cornflakes, Weetabix, Rice Krispies, All-Bran
or Muesli.

Choose from Tea, Fresh Coffee, Decaffeinated Tea or Coffee, or a selection
of Fruit Teas.

A full English breakfast, which includes:

Bacon, Fried egg, Sausage, Beans/Tomatoes, Potatoes savouries that are varied
each day: - Hash Browns, Sauté’s, Waffles or Fried Bread. And a choice of Beans, Tomatoes or Mushrooms.

Or a choice of the following:

Boiled eggs or Omelette.
Or on Toast: - Fried, Scrambled, or Poached eggs, Beans, Tomatoes or Cheese.

And to follow White or Brown Toast.

Or for a Healthy Option why not choose from: -

Fruit juice, Grapefruit segments, Muesli, Yoghurt,
All Bran, a choice of fresh Fruit as available and Wholemeal Toast.
